    I just finished reading your article on Heart Healthy Tips for Seniors.  The article was well written and informative.  I really liked the mention of having a community for support (emotional and physical) as that, in my opinion, is not often spoken about when discussing health and is a very important component.  The top healthy tips you provided were written for the understanding of everyone, which is excellent.  I believe that, although we probably have heard of them all, we most likely do not follow them all, so reminders are needed.

    I do have a question for you.  Have you ever heard of the existence of “Blue Zones” and do you practice any of their way of life and/or eating?  Just curious.  Have a great day!
